After Jeff gave the opening prayer and led the recitation of ALERT Cadet Motto and Covenant, Wenhu led the devotion, sharing some thoughts regarding John 1:5 "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."

As for the activity, we were blessed to have ALERT Cadet Lieutenant Rick Warner as our guest speaker this time. He shared a lot of his experiences with us and encouraged us to continue training our sons and to build relationships with each other. He also answered a lot of questions raised by fathers.
